Who We Are

We are an international non-profit association that promotes cooperation in science and technology among the peoples of the various communities of the Global South, with the aim of social and agro-ecological development. We strive for a dignified life for people of the Global South.

We are registered in Switzerland and have offices in Asia (Beijing), Latin America (São Paulo) and Africa (Accra).

We instigate and facilitate international exchanges amongst popular movements, government institutions, research institutes, technology developers, funders, and entrepreneurs. These engagements support development of a technological culture that promotes food sovereignty, sustainable eradication of poverty, strengthened community, and care for the commons.
